The Return of the Tofu Making Class
Since last year’s was such a success, we’ve finagled our way into Hodo Soy’s test kitchen for another round!
Join us Tuesday, February 21st from 6:00 to 9:00pm at Hodo Soy Beanery, 2923 Adeline Street in Oakland, for an evening of tofu exploration with founder and tofu master Minh Tsai.

Save the Date!  Plan to join us THURSDAY JANUARY 26th for a general meeting of the Slow Food East Bay community.  We’ll kick off at 6:30pm with a potluck meal and then roll into a more structured meeting from 7:00 to 8:00 with time for last-minute chatting until around 8:30pm.
