		<description>Hi Lisa, thanks for your interest.  Unfortunately, you&#039;ve missed it - this panel happened this past Wednesday!  

In terms of your questions, the panelists all did appear gratis.  Generally, we always try to work with people that agree to participate in order to help educate people and further the nonprofit goals of Slow Food, and avoid paying people to be a part of our work.

And yes, people did ask questions!  I am still working on the follow up and will be posting it soon!
