Details are finalized for our Annual Meeting and Potluck, to be held Thursday, January 26th.  Plan to join us at Three Stone Hearth, on University Avenue in Berkeley at 6:30pm for a potluck dinner, with a meeting to follow from 7:00-8:00pm, and more time for mingling and networking afterwards.

Bring a dish to share with the group – whatever your seasonal specialty might be or some wonderful goodie from a local producer.  To supplement our feast, Three Stone Hearth chefs will be offering up one of their amazing soups.  We are also requesting that folks bring their own dishes, utensils and glasses to cut down on waste.

Please also bring your questions, ideas and energy – this will be our time to share Slow Food ideals, discuss the local area happenings and make plans for what Slow Food East Bay will be doing this year.  We have been scheming away here in the back offices, and can’t wait to share our thoughts on a new ‘Planning Committee’ with you!

One more request: reserve a spot, so we know how many of you will be joining us and we can plan accordingly. No cost up front, although a small donation at the door would certainly be appreciated…

Hopefully your New Year’s resolutions involved eating more real, local, seasonal and artisanally produced food.  Our’s sure did, and we can’t wait to do what we can to make it a reality.  Will you come along for the ride?
